A total of 60 patients were included in the research. A sociodemographic data form, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were used. Foot Reflexology was administered to the experimental group. **Results** `The research found that the pain scores of the experimental group were statistically more significant than those of the control group (p < .01). The experimental group's average pain was reduced by the six weeks of foot reflexology. Do výzkumu bylo zařazeno celkem 60 pacientů. Byl použit formulář se sociodemografickými údaji, Pittsburghský index kvality spánku (PSQI) a vizuální analogová škála (VAS). Experimentální skupině byla podávána reflexní terapie nohou. **Výsledky** `Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že skóre bolesti u experimentální skupiny bylo statisticky významně vyšší než u kontrolní skupiny (p < .01). Průměrná bolest experimentální skupiny se po šesti týdnech reflexní terapie chodidel snížila. Celkové skóre PSQI experimentální skupiny se snížilo.` **Závěry** `Reflexní terapie nohou je nefarmakologická ošetřovatelská intervence, která může snížit bolest a příznaky spánkové deprivace pacientů s RA.` *(Překlad DeepL Translator)*
